The 9th Annual Musculoskeletal Health Symposium will be held on Friday, May 30, 2024 in the North Campus Research Complex, Building 18, Football Room (Dining Hall); in addition to the keynote presentation the symposium will feature a poster session highlighting work by junior faculty, trainees, students, fellows, staff, and house officers. Trainees (students, fellows, house officers) are eligible to compete for 1 of 3 travel awards ($650/award). Awardees will be selected as follows: abstracts designated for the poster competition will be judged and 6 finalists selected to give short podium presentations at the Symposium. Of these, 3 will be selected for travel awards to be announced at the end of the meeting.
We strongly encourage all research faculty to have their students, fellows, and house officers working on a project in the musculoskeletal realm to consider submitting an abstract.
Due to space constraints, each junior faculty, trainee, or staff can be the presenter of only 1 poster. They can, of course, be a co-author on multiple posters.
If you have any questions about the poster session, please contact Renny Franceschi (rennyf@umich.edu). See this pdf document of the information provided on this page.
Abstracts must be submitted by 5:00 pm on Friday March 28, 2025 (see below for formatting details).
